Having been raised around CranioSacral Therapy and Reflexology, bodywork comes naturally to me. In my private practice working with both adults and children alike, each session is customized to your personal needs at the time. Various techniques such as BodyTalk, Advanced CranioSacral Therapy, Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reflexology, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Massage and other body or energy work techniques may be used.
