DESCRIPTION
I practice an incorporated therapeutic massage using techniques which include: swedish, neuromuscular, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and reflexology.
I also practice hot stone massage, therapeutic stretching, pre & perinatal massage therapy, sports massage, and massage for sports injuries.
I care about every one of my clients, and their health and wellness. I focus on performing a therapeutic massage designed to fit their own individual needs. I welcome the opportunity to do the same for you.
