DESCRIPTION
Pamela has 20 years experience. Graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 1988. Most of my clients elect to schedule regular appointments and have been with me for many years. I provide individualized treatment plans and the added bonus of working with an experienced PT skilled in manual therapy techniques when needed.
I am able to deal effectively with a variety of musculo-skeletal issues, for example low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, sports injuries. Skilled in trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, swedish massage, manual lymph drainage and visceral manipulation. 2 locations - Highland,Md and Ellicott City, Md.
Manual Lymph Drainage - for detox and immune support also helpful following plastic surgery to reduce edema, Viscreal Manipulation - for helping the organ systems function better, for example, liver and digestive system. Deep Tissue - for work related stress injuries or chronic pain issues, specializing in low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel.
In some cases, Steven and Pamela work together. Steven uses physical therapy manual techniques and manipulations. He also is skilled in zero balancing and cranial sacral therapy.
